As part of Freedom Travel Group, we are committed to offering maximum protection to all our customers. The travel experiences we book on your behalf are covered by ABTA and ATOL. Where there are any changes to this, we will let you know before you travel.
We are members of ABTA (ABTA No. L903X) and we hold an ATOL Licence (6042) and operate as a member of the Freedom Travel Group which is part of the Co-operative Travel Group Limited. We will provide holidays services where we may act as your Tour Operator or your Travel Agent. This will be made clear to you before booking. When we act as Tour Operator your holiday will be booked using our ATOL licence and your Tour Operator will be Freedom Travel Group trading as Useeka Ltd. When we act as your agent your contract will be with the Tour Operator, and their financial protection (if any) applies, the Tour Operator terms will be applicable , these will be provided prior to booking.
Either way, all air inclusive packages are protected by the ATOL scheme of either our business or the Tour Operators. However, please be aware ATOL Protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking if you require further information.
ATOL
ATOL protects you from losing your money or being stranded abroad. It does this by carrying out checks on the tour operators and travel organisers it licenses, and requiring a financial guarantee called a bond, which is lodged with the CAA. If a tour operator goes out of business, the CAA will make a refund to you, or if you're abroad, they'll arrange for you to finish your holiday and fly home.
When you buy an ATOL protected air holiday package from us you will receive an invoice confirming your arrangements and your protection under our Air Travel Organiser’s Licence number [6042]. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking.
